As our selling agent we had a big challenge selling a condominium in a mid-rise building (4 stories) where virtually all units look alike with similar square footage. Condos are not typically favorable for sellers, especially after the market bubble burst, but after finding the right price point we found the right buyer and sold for almost $10,000 more than what I paid for which was in 2008 before housing prices fell to historical lows. Eddie featured key aspects of the condo which were updated appliances, easy ground floor access and having two assigned/deeded parking spaces directly in front of the unit (versus having one space out of view in a parking deck).
Despite many fabrications that property values would go down in this community, we sold at a very equitable price and this unit’s sale garnered the second highest price per square foot for the entire complex over the last 12 months.
I would not hesitate to recommend Eddie to anyone for their real estate needs and also for those who also are looking to rent a single-family home which he also handles as well.
