I had a condo in Vinings, GA that I leased out for +/- nine years. Eddie was the man that kept it up and running. We were never without a lessee. When I decided to sell the condo this summer, Eddie did all the showing and negotiating. I received a fair market price and we had a very smooth closing November 10th.
